Welcome to www.bigroomsound.com (“Website”), operated by Big Room Sound Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and all purchases made through it. By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who We Are Big Room Sound is a professional sound effects library company operated by J.R. Fountain, owner of Big Room Sound Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. We create and sell royalty-free sound effects libraries for use in film, television, games, and media production.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use this Website. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Website You may:

• Browse and purchase sound effects libraries
• Download purchased content
• Subscribe to our email newsletter
• Preview audio demos

You may not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Website
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any purchased content
• Share download links with third parties
• Use any content for AI training datasets, machine learning models, or automated data collection

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Website — including sound files, text, images, logos, and artwork — is owned by or licensed to Big Room Sound Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any content.

5. License Grant Upon purchase, Big Room Sound grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the purchased sound effects in your personal and commercial productions, including film, television, games, podcasts, and other media. This license does not permit:

• Redistribution or resale of sound files in any form
• Inclusion of sound files in any other sound effects library or sample pack
• Use in AI training datasets or machine learning models
• Transfer of the license to any third party

6. Purchases and Payments All purchases are for digital download products. Transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. All prices are listed in USD.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at jr@bigroomsound.com and we will work to resolve it.

7. Downloads Purchased files are available for download through your account. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly after purchase. Big Room Sound is not responsible for files lost due to account inactivity or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Newsletter Subscription By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive periodic emails about new libraries, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites This Website may include links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Room Sound Inc., its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the site or its products, including loss of data or digital files.
